the Magic Kingdom!

Here we are in the Magic Kingdom! I have to admit, tho, when we first saw the little castle we laughed! We were SO unimpressed with something that looks no bigger than a cake decoration. It's like half the size of the one in Orlando. They really need to build a new one. Well, maybe not. :)

Ben, Ben, Ben - about the size of the Castle into the Magic Kingdom - think about if you were seeing it for the first time as a six-year old. Believe me, it's big enough.

The charm about DisneyLand versus DisneyWorld is its size. You can walk from one theme area of the park within seconds. No need for shuttle buses, altho the monorail and train-ride around the park are Must-Do's.

And yet for all the compactness of the place, you have to go back at least four or five days to properly appreciate it.

... after being there three times with kids, the real appeal of 'Mr. Toad's Wild Ride' still is lost to me tho - at the end of the ride, you literally end up in "Hell." And then of course, a gift shop around the corner.

I've never been to Disney World. But I do know they no longer have 'Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.'

Wonder why?
